Serving 11½ years as Judge, Judge Ed spent 8 years as Putnam County Circuit Judge, including 4 years as Chief Circuit Judge. During that time, Ed presided over 1500 cases, including:
- Dr. King medical malpractice cases.
- High Profile Child Abuse/Murder case.

Judge Ed has also been chosen to sit on the West Virginia Supreme Court.

Judge Ed is fair and responsible.

Judge Ed has a reputation for being a fair adjudicator, receiving a 99.93% rating on the proper application of the law. Only 1 out of 1500 of Judge Eagloski’s decisions have been overturned!
Judge Ed works with counsel, having granted attorneys’ requests to delay trials, when additional preparation time is needed. Judge Ed wants to make sure that everyone gets the fair trial prescribed by American constitutional rights.
In addition to his reputation for fairness, Judge Ed’s knack for alternative sentencing has saved the Putnam County taxpayer over $1,000,000 and helped relieve West Virginia’s overcrowded and expensive jails.
